Ingredients:
- 1 lb bratwurst, casings removed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeo, diced
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Put the bratwurst in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked
While it's cooking, break it up into little pieces
To the pan with the cooked bratwurst, add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced jalapeo
Cook the onions until they become clear
Put cooked bratwurst, chopped pickles, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl
Mix the ingredients together
Combine well
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly
Turn on the oven and heat it to 350F 175C
Bake the dip for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown
Before serving, top with sliced green onions
Serve hot with bread, crackers, or chips of your choice
