This Hummingbird High-inspired Bubble Iced Coffee has the rich flavors of espresso or strong coffee mixed with creamy milk and sweetened condensed milk. Chewy tapioca pearls on top make the texture even better.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Prepare tapioca pearls according to package instructions, then let them cool in cold water
In a glass, mix espresso or brewed coffee, milk, and sweetened condensed milk
Add ice cubes to the glass
Spoon tapioca pearls into the glass
In a saucepan, combine water and brown sugar, bring to a boil, then let cool to make simple syrup
Pour simple syrup over the drink as desired
Stir gently, insert a straw, and enjoy!
