Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Stir in the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Fold in the chopped hazelnuts, toffee bits, and chocolate chips
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
