Hazelnut Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies



With these delectable cookies, you can indulge in the delightful combination of hazelnuts, toffee bits, and chocolate chips. The buttery, chewy texture of these cookies, combined with the sweet crunch of toffee and the rich flavor of chocolate, make them a true delight for your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Stir in the vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the chopped hazelnuts, toffee bits, and chocolate chips

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
