Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Add honey, soy sauce, ginger, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and olive oil to a bowl
Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together
It's time to cook the pork chops
Put them in the slow cooker and cover them with the honey garlic sauce
Low-key for four to five hours, or until pork chops are soft and cooked all the way through
Take the pork chops out of the slow cooker when they are done
To make a slurry, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl
While the sauce is still cooking, add the slurry and stir it in well
For another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens, cook on high
You can sear the pork chops in a hot skillet for a few minutes on each side to make them caramelized
The sauce should be served with the honey garlic pork chops
Put chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top
Serve with noodles, rice, or your favorite side dish
Enjoy these tasty and tender pork chops made in a slow cooker with honey and garlic!
