Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit such as apricots, raisins, or dates
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put mashed bananas, rolled oats, chopped dried fruit, applesauce, and cinnamon in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Shape the dough into small balls with a spoon or cookie scoop, and then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared
For 15 to 20 minutes, or until just barely golden
