Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies



Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet and salty with these delightful Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies. These cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with gooey chocolate chips, while the drizzle of salted caramel adds a touch of decadence.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add this dry mix to the wet ones, mixing just until everything is combined

The chocolate chips and salted caramel sauce should be evenly spread out in the dough after they are added

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased

Make sure there is enough space between each cookie

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

The centers might still look a little underdone

Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets

Then, move them to wire racks to cool completely
